Broadway Theatre Campaign Poster
Canada's only community-owned non-profit repertory cinema, the Broadway Theatre is an art film and performance theatre located on Broadway Avenue in the Nutana neighborhood of Saskatoon, Canada.
With a rich history of film and live performance, and a constant hub of culture for Saskatoon, the Broadway Theatre truly is the heart and soul of the Broadway district.
As always, time takes it toll, and the call was put out for the community and beyond to come together to keep the theatre vibrant and beautiful. The campaign was an unqualified success and the theatre remains the jewel of Broadway.
The Broadway Theatre Fundraising Campaign Poster was honored with a ‘Best of Show’ and ‘Judges Choice’ at PICA; The Graphic Designers of Canada Banff National Design Awards and Conference.
The campaign poster was awarded multiple international, national and provincial design honors and was featured in international publications including Communication Arts Magazine, Applied Arts Magazine, HOW Design Inspiration Books, and the Globe and Mail, among others.
The campaign also was awarded top honors with an Premier’s Award of Excellence in Design and a ‘Best of’ Elevators Award.
